Hi Everyone
Sorry for the late update and lack of communication on my part!
Lore studio has always been a product and passion project to tinker with during my free time which unfortunately has been preoccupied with job searching due to changes in my full-time job. Soo as you may gather this includes lots of job applications as well as rejection emails sigh but recently getting to the stage of interviews soo fingers crossed!
With most aspects of life I have been looking at ways that I can incorporate AI to assist with this process while also not getting into the trap of generating AI slop that makes it worse for my chances! The main process I have been doing is writing the CV myself clearly outlining my previous work experiences then giving that to an AI agent (currently using the Hermes agent framework) along with the sort of jobs I would be interested in and that would match my experience and skills. Then since I have my agent constantly online set an automated job search early in the morning and then having it send me a report each morning. Has definitely been handy having my own personal agent sending me tailored reports each morning via telegram!
Now back to the status of Lore Studio as well as the current AI landscape. There seems to be so many things happening at the moment with even more to come! My aim for upcoming versions is to securely and proactively continue support for all the new AI models coming out. This to provide users with the flexibility of AI provider selection in what seems to be an ongoing constant battle of the AI giants. While also testing and implementing all the local AI choices which are popping up !.
Steam version is still on the board as well. Have been testing and slowly making this a standalone version focused on local embedded models . This change of focus due to making it a simpler version which can cross that Steam evaluation stage earlier.
In terms of my weekend plans off on a little bank holiday weekend adventure as a well deserved break.
All the best
Zac
